Rick Medlock

Chairman, Momondo Group

Rick Medlock was appointed a Non-Executive Chairman in November 2012, having served on the Board since 2008. He is Chief Financial Officer of Inmarsat Plc, a LSE-listed mobile satellite communications company. In addition, Rick is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Edwards Vacuum Ltd.

His previous roles include CFO of NDS (a leading pay-TV technology company), CFO of Policy Management Systems (a leading insurance software provider), Chair of the Audit Committee and Non-Executive Director of Thus plc (an alternative network telecom operator). Rick has also served as an NED for both Lovefilm and Openbet Technologies.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Rick qualified with Arthur Andersen in 1985. In 1982, he graduated from St John’s College, Cambridge, with a BA in Economics.
