Passenger Change Details

Refundable tickets can be fully refunded or changed. Any changes to the flight will also be charged $100 (£50). Name changes cost $50 (£25).

Child Fares

Infants under the age of two years fly for 50 per cent of the adult rate when accompanied by an adult over 12 years. Youth fares are available for those ages two to 21. Tickets must be bought 14 days in advance and must include a Saturday night stopover. Tickets are non-refundable.

Senior Fares

Available to travellers 55+, though no companion fare is included. To book a senior fare you need to call the reservations number (listed below).

Pets

With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed to travel in the cabin. For a fee of $75 (£37.50) each way, you can check pets in to the hold. You need a certificate of health from a veterinarian that has been issued within ten days of the travel date. Certificates normally expire in 30 days, so if you're travelling for longer than this you'll need one for the return journey as well. You must reserve your pet travel by calling the reservation number. Snub-nosed dogs and cats (such as Chow Chows, pugs or Siamese cats) will only be carried if the temperature is not expected to exceed 75 F (24 C) at any point in the journey.
