October 2008: Sterling Airlines has entered administration and all flights have been cancelled. Travellers who booked their flights through an ATOL-bonded travel agency or tour operator should be entitled to an automatic refund. Those who booked direct with the airline may not receive a refund, and should contact their credit card company or travel insurance provider.
