Airline Overview

August 2008: Zoom Airlines has ceased operations. The airline is advising passengers who hold bookings to seek flights on other carriers. In a message on its website, Zoom founders Hugh and John Boyle state that British Airways and Virgin are offering "special fares to customers whose travel plans have been affected by Zoom's suspension of flights".

Other airlines that fly between the UK and Canada include Air Canada, Flyglobespan, as well as tour operator Canadian Affair (website: www.canadianaffair.com). UK-US flights are served by several carriers including American Airlines and United Airlines.
