Flies from 20 airports in the UK (including main bases Coventry, Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield and Bournemouth airports) to 80 destinations around the world.
- Check-in times: vary by route and airport, but in general desks open three hours before departure on outbound flights and two hours before take-off on inbound flights. Latest check-in time is 90 minutes before departure. Priority check-in for passengers flying from Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham airports costs £35.
- Baggage allowance: there is a charge for checking in luggage. Passengers buying check-in luggage have a total weight allowance of 25kg (55lbs) (up to 10kg (22lbs) of this can be taken as hand luggage), but the check-in luggage weight must not be greater than 20kg (44lbs). Prices start from £3 (€4.50) per item per journey, and vary by route. Up to five items of luggage can be pre-booked by each passenger. If check-in luggage exceeds 20kg per passenger, excess charges - £6 per kg on short-haul routes and£9 per kg on long-haul flights - apply. Passengers can save 50 per cent on airport and call-centre prices by booking check-in luggage and extra weight online. Sports equipment (such as golf equipment or bicycles) can be carried for a fee of £30.
- Change the passenger name or flight: allowed up to three hours before the planned departure time (subject to call-centre hours). Changing the name of the passenger costs £25 per person per sector plus any difference in fare. Changes to date or time of travel cost £15 per person per sector plus any upgrade fee..
- Child fares: no, although children under the age of two can travel on a parent's lap for £5 per flight. There is no baggage allowance for the under twos.
- Pre-assigned seating: yes. Passengers can pre-reserve specific seats either online (not available for all flights) or via the call centre for £5 per passenger per sector. Passengers can purchase extra legroom seats (in exit rows or at bulkhead) from £15 per flight. Flyers can also purchase "Seats Together" from £5 per passenger per flight. On some short-haul flights, Premium Seating costs from £40 per passenger per return flight.
- Legroom: on short-haul flights, seat pitch is about 71cm (28in) (Premium Seating on some short-haul flights offers about 83cm (33in)). On long-haul services: 83cm (33in) (93cm (37in) in Premium class).
- In-flight service: none, although you can purchase a meal online for £6.
