A charter airline with flights from Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Glasgow, Gatwick, Luton, Manchester and Newcastle to popular holiday destinations including resorts in Greece, Spain, Turkey, Portugal, Switzerland and Italy.
Hand baggage: One item weighing a maximum of 5 kg and not exceeding (45cm x 56cm x 25cm ) is allowed, plus a standard sized carrier bag of duty free goods.
Checked: Varies by destination, but an average of 20kg maximum weight.
Excess: £5 per kg for short-haul flights, £8 per kg for long-haul flights.
Oversize: Oversize sporting equipment can be carried for a handling charge, but must be booked onto the flight before travel, either online or at the call centre, at least three days before departure.

Names can be changed by sending Excel Airways an email with all of the details of the change. The cost is £20 if changed 42 days before departure, £40 after 42 days before departure. If you change your flight less than a week before travel an extra £10 charge will also be made.

Yes. For a seven- or fourteen-night ticket only, children have a discount of £20 less than the adult fare.

For all flights designated low-cost (the flight number ends with the letter "V") no complimentary meals are available. A selection of snacks is available to purchase, such as paninis, crisps and hot and cold drinks. For all short- and long-haul flights without a letter "V", a hot in-flight meal is available. For long-haul "Excel One" flights, a three course meal is available, with wine, chocolate and tea or coffee. Breakfast is served on morning flights.
