Ministro Pistarini International Airport is the main airport for Buenos Aires and handles more than 90 per cent of all international air traffic to Argentina. It has two terminals, one exclusively for Aerolineas Argentina, which uses Ezeiza Airport as its hub, and one for other international and domestic airlines.

The airport has parking spaces available in a multi-storey covered parking garage and an open-air parking lot, next to Terminal A. There is no distinction between long- and short-term parking at the airport.
There are two information desks. One is located on the ground floor of Terminal A and it is open 24 hours and the other one is on the ground floor of Terminal B and it is open from 5:30am until the last flight. Courtesy telephones are situated around the terminal, with a direct link to the information desk. The airport has a 24-hour information line, which also provides information for the Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (internal flights) (tel: +54 (0)11 5480 6111). Customer service representatives from Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 are available to provide assistance and information; they are easily recognisable by their uniform. Tourist information desks are located in Terminal A Arrivals and in the baggage reclaim hall of Terminal B Arrivals.
Money and communications: Facilities include several bureaux de change in both terminals and ATMs in Terminal A. There is a 24-hour bank in the Terminal A Arrivals area. Telephone and internet access is available in Terminal A Departures and Terminal B Arrivals. Mobile phone hire and services are available in Terminal A Arrivals and Departures.Eating and drinking: There are several restaurants, cafés and bars.Shopping: There are several shops at the airport. Duty-free is available in Terminal A and B Departures, and in Terminal A Arrivals.Luggage: The left-luggage service is located next to the information desk on the ground floor of Terminal A and in Terminal A Departures; lockers are available in Terminal A Arrivals. Lost property is handled by the National Aeronautical Police. Trolleys are available for a fee. Baggage wrapping services are located throughout the terminals.Other facilities: There are pharmacies in both terminals, and a medical service centre in Terminal A.
The airport is fully physically accessible. Ramps and lifts are located throughout the airport and there are specially adapted bathrooms, toilets and telephones. Telephones for the hearing impaired are also available. Disabled parking is available.
The airport has VIP Lounges on the first floor of Terminal B Departures (after security), and on the first floor of Terminal B Departures (after security); these are for business-class passengers of various airlines and club members only. VIP members can use the check-in facilities, bar and relaxation room, take a shower, access the internet, watch TV and use the telephone and fax facilities. AA2000 provides a VIP Lounge on the ground floor of Terminal A Arrivals (tel: +54 (0)11 5480 2002). Internet access is available at telephone booths throughout the terminals, and a photocopy service is available in Arrivals.
