V C Bird International Airport (ANU) The airport is located 8km (5 miles) northeast of St John's.

To/from the airport: There is no bus service to the airport, but travellers may catch one of the local buses from the Airport Road into town. Taxis from the airport to St. Johns costs a fixed fare of US$12 for a car with up to four passengers.

Facilities: ATM, post office, bureau de change, restaurant, bar, shops, including duty-free. A porter service is available; tipping is expected.
