Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (ATH):www.aia.gr is located 33km (20 miles) southeast of Athens.
To / from the airport: The airport is linked to Athens Central Railway Station (Larissis) and the port of Piraeus by the Suburban Rail system. Several bus routes connect the airport with Athens and Piraeus daily, 24 hours. Some connect with the metro. Taxis leave from outside the Arrivals level of the Main Terminal Building.
Facilities: banks, ATMs and bureau de change, post offices, 24-hour restaurants, snack bars, cafés, fast-food and bars. There is 24-hour shopping at the airport, including an authentic Bazaar and duty-free shopping in the International Terminal.
