Taxis: Taxis are available during the day and evening on the ground level outside the baggage claim area. The airport is serviced by American Cab, Award Cab Company, Birmingham Cab Company, Hill Cab Company and Yellow Cab.

5,600 spaces are available for short- and long-term parking in the parking deck. Short-term parking is located on level 3, and long-term parking is located on levels 2 and 4 through 7. Level 3 is connected by crosswalks to concourse B and C. The remote parking lot (surface parking) has 900 spaces and is serviced by a complimentary shuttle. The cell phone lot accommodates 40 cars. Money and communications: Two ATMs are located on the upper level between concourses B and C. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the terminal. Technical support (tel: +1 205 599 0541) is available during office hours Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm.
Eating and drinking: The food court is located on the upper level in the area between concourses B and C, before the security checkpoint. Fast food outlets, restaurants, a deli and a snack bar are available.
Shopping: There are shops selling gift items in concourses B and C.
Luggage: Lost and found services are available at the information desk (tel: +1 205 599 0500).
Other facilities: Skycaps are stationed outside the upper level to assist departing passengers with their luggage. Skycap service is also available at baggage claim.

The airport is fully accessible for disabled travellers, with lifts, ramps and adapted toilets. Wheelchairs can be supplied if required. Passengers are advised to inform their airline of any special needs in advance. The parking facilities have designated spaces for disabled travellers.

The airport offers a self-service business centre on the upper level of the terminal building, between concourses B and C and features include six laptop-ready work stations with wired high speed Internet connections, overnight FedEx package drop and coin-operated copy, stamp and fax machines.
