Airports in Caracas

Caracas Maiquetía International Airport (CCS):www.aeropuerto-maiquetia.com.ve The airport is situated 26km (16 miles) north of Caracas.

To/from the airport: UCAM buses run between the airport and Caracas; bus stops are conveniently close to the metro stations in Caracas. An official 24-hour taxi service is provided by Corporación Anfitriones de Venezuela. Passengers are advised not to use the unofficial taxis, which tout for business in the terminal. Taxis are available from outside the Arrivals and Departures of both terminals.

Facilities: Bureau de change, ATMs, banking and telecommunications services and postal services. Internet access is also offered at ADV Internet in the transit area on level 2. Pay phones and IDD telephones can be found in both terminals. Restaurants, fast-food outlets, cafes and bars, shops, medical and paramedical services are available in both terminals
