Colorado Springs Airport is in the state of Colorado. The airport has about 106 daily arrivals and departures. It serves more than two million passengers each year. Eight airlines offer nonstop flights to 11 US cities and connecting flights. The airport is within easy driving distance of 14 major ski resorts.

More than 9,000 uncovered parking spaces are located close to the terminal and reasonably priced. There are short-term and long-term parking lots, and valet parking is also available. Parking lots are safe, clean and well-lighted, and they offer a quick car-to-terminal shuttle service with luggage or disabled assistance.

Money and communications: There are two ATMs in the terminal, one on the first floor near the main escalators and the second on the second floor on the concourse between gates 3 and 5. Free wireless internet access is available inside security on the concourse. There are also numerous data ports available throughout the airport for plugging in laptops and other personal computer devices. The data ports are on public telephones located within the main terminal, concourse and baggage claim areas. FedEx has a drop box outside of the lower level terminal building entrance. A postage stamp vending machine is located in the main terminal on the upper level to the left after stepping off the escalators. There is a mailbox located next to the vending machine.
Eating and drinking: There is a food court on the second floor after the security checkpoint before gate 5. A juice bar and a coffee bar are located on the second floor before the security checkpoint. A full-service restaurant can be found in the lobby area of the second-floor departure level.
Shopping: Shops selling gifts, books, magazines, newspapers, snacks and souvenirs are available.
Luggage: Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) Airport Unit manages the lost and found items left in the airport terminal, parking lot or on shuttle buses. The airport police office is located in the baggage claim area on the lower level by carousels 5 and 6. Travellers may pick up items left behind or arrange for shipping at their expense if they have left the area. Contact CSPD Police Unit (tel: +1 719 550 1976). Items turned into the Lost and Found are kept in the airport police office for seven to ten days. After ten days, contact the CSPD Evidence Section (tel: +1 719 444 7744) to claim items.
Other facilities:Skycaps are available from 4.30am to midnight to assist with luggage, provide wheelchairs, etc. The airport has 14 AEDs placed in high-traffic areas in the airport, and many airport employees are trained to use them. The airport's interfaith chapel in the east corridor of the main terminal building is open 24 hours for quiet meditation. There are also two family care rooms inside security on the main concourse. One of them is located between gates 4 and 6; the other is between gates 8 and 10. The rooms provide direct telephone access to Memorial Hospital Healthlink, baby changing station, counter space with sink, a nappy vending machine and a nursing area. A shoeshine stand is located post-security just past gates 3 and 4.

All of the airport's parking lots, elevators, restrooms, restaurants, retail shops and security screening area are well equipped with facilities to accommodate disabled travellers. All levels of the airport are accessible via lifts which are located in the centre of the airport, near the security checkpoint on the upper level and baggage claim on the lower level. All parking lots have disabled spaces available. In addition, many airport shuttle buses are equipped with lifts. Airport bus drivers will assist with boarding and exiting the bus. All of the public restrooms are accessible to people with disabilities. TDD/TTY public telephones for the hearing-impaired are conveniently located throughout the airport. Wheelchairs, and personnel to assist with them, are available at the airport. Because airlines provide this service, it is always advisable to let your airline know of the need for a wheelchair at the time of booking.
