Madeira Airport (FNC):www.anam.pt The airport is located 13km (8 miles) from the centre of Funchal. 

To/from the airport: Buses and taxis are the modes of transport to the centre of the island and resort areas. 

Facilities: ATMs, trolleys, a left-luggage office, lockers and a lost-items counter, hairdresser, baby-care areas and Wi-Fi.

London Gatwick Airport (LGW):www.gatwickairport.com is located 45km (28 miles) south of London.

To/from the airport: The Gatwick Express train runs regularly. Coach services include National Express and easyBus. Taxis to central London are plentiful, if very expensive.

Facilities: Duty-free shops, Wi-Fi access, restaurants/bars, bureau de change, and a nursery and children's area

Geneva International Airport (GVA):www.gva.ch is located 4km (2.5 miles) north of the city.

To/from the airport: There is a train station with direct access to both the arrivals and departures areas, with a train to downtown Geneva every 12 minutes at peak times. Taxis are located outside the arrivals area.

Facilities:Duty-free shops, car rental, bank, bureau de change, lost luggage and restaurant/bar.

Bologna G Marconi Airport (BLQ):www.bologna-airport.it is 6km (3.5 miles) northeast of Bologna.

To / from the airport: The Bologna central railway station has connections to all major destinations across Italy and Europe. Access to the railway station is by the Aerobus bus service, which departs from the airport every 15 minutes. Taxi services are available outside Arrivals at both terminals. The Aerobus departs every 15 minutes daily from outside Arrivals (Terminals A and B) and runs to Bologna central railway station and the city centre.

Facilities: Bank/bureau de change, rental car, shops VIP lounges, a children's play area and a travel agency.

Glasgow Airport (GLA):www.glasgowairport.com is located 13km (8 miles) west of Glasgow.

To/from the airport: Bus service and train service operates between the airport to downtown Glasgow. Taxis are available outside the Arrivals terminal.

Facilities: Duty-free shops, Wi-Fi access, restaurants/bars, banks, bureau de change, children's play area and nursery.

London Heathrow Airport (LHR):www.heathrowairport.com is located 24km (15 miles) west of London.

To/from the airport: The non-stop train service to London Paddington Station takes 15-20 minutes. The airport is also on the London Underground's Piccadilly Line, which can take passengers into Central London. Numerous local buses stop at the central bus station and Terminal 4. Coaches connect the airport to more than 500 destinations throughout the UK. London's licensed black cabs serve London Heathrow Airport and are available outside all the terminals.

Heraklion International Airport (HER):www.hcaa-eleng.gr The airport is located 5km (3 miles) east of the main city of Heraklion. 

To/from the airport: Taxis are available opposite the arrivals hall. Local bus service KTEL runs regular buses from the airport. 

Facilities: Bank, ATMs, currency exchange and several payphones, baby changing rooms and > Free Wi-Fi is available in the VIP lounge and at The Everest.

Ibiza Airport (IBZ):www.aena.es The airport is located 7km (4.5 miles) southwest of Ibiza.

To/from the airport: The Ibiza Airport Bus takes passengers from the airport into the town of Ibiza. The airport is well-serviced by taxis, which can be found directly outside of the Arrivals Hall.

Facilities: ATMs, bureau de change, bank, post office, fast-food restaurants, bars, restaurants and cafes, duty-free shops, first aid facility, pharmacy, chapel, travel agencies, tour operators, lost property office. There is no left-luggage facility at the airport.

Inverness Airport (INV):www.hial.co.uk/inverness is located 15km (10 miles) east of Inverness.

To/from the airport: Inverness train station is a 15-minute bus or taxi ride from the airport. Buses and taxis are available.

Facilities: Duty-free shops, WiFi access, restaurants/bars, bureau de change, and a photo booth.

Corfu Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport (CFU):www.hcaa-eleng.gr The airport is 3km (almost 2 miles) south of Corfu. 

To/from the airport: It’s a 3km walk if you feel energetic. Otherwise, buses and taxis are available. 

Facilities: Banks, currency-exchange and ATM, medical centre, tour operators and travel agents and VIP lounge
