Paris-Orly (ORY):www.aeroportsdeparis.fr is 13km (8 miles) south of the city.

To/from the airport: The RER C station is near the airport, linked by a shuttle service. Coaches, buses and taxis are plentiful.

Facilities: Banks/bureau de change, duty-free shops, restaurants, bars and car rental.

Oslo Airport (OSL):www.osl.no is situated 47km (29 miles) north of Oslo.

To/from the airport: The Airport Express Train can be caught at the airport’s train station. The Ruter bus runs between the airport and a number of stops nearby. The airport’s taxi rank is right outside the arrivals hall.

Facilities: Banks, bureau de change, ATMs, a post office, left luggage, duty-free, tourist information and hotel reservation kiosk. Business facilities are available including fax and Internet access. There is a selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Disabled facilities are good; those with special needs should contact their airline in advance.

Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI):www.aena.es is located 8km (5 miles) east of Palma.

To/from the airport: Most tour operators organise transport to hotels. For those that don't, there are several buses that connect the airport to Palma and other major towns and resorts on the island. Buses leave from outside Arrivals. Taxis are plentiful.

Facilities: ATMs, a bank, bureau de change, shops, bars and restaurants, a post office and a children's play area. Disabled facilities are good; those with special needs should contact their airline in advance.

Paphos International (PFO):www.hermesairports.com The airport is located 6.5km (4 miles) southeast of Paphos. 

To / from the airport: Buses and taxis are readily available. Some hotels offer courtesy shuttles for their guests. 

Facilities: ATMs, currency exchange, baby-changing facilities, restaurants and cafes, first-aid.

Tenerife South - Reina Sofia (TFS):www.aena.es The airport is located 60km (37 miles) from Santa Cruz.

To/from the airport: Most tour operators arrange transport from the airport. For those that don't, there are regular buses to Santa Cruz, Los Cristianos and other towns and resorts on the island. Taxis are also available.

Facilities: Restaurants, bars, shops, ATMs, a bank, post office, children's play area and currency exchange facilities. Disabled facilities are adequate; those with special needs are advised to contact their airline or travel agent in advance.

Rhodes Diagoras International Airport (RHO):www.hcaa-eleng.gr RHO is situated 14km (8 miles) south west of Rhodes. 

To / from the airport: Buses and taxis are available. 

Facilities: Bank, ATM, bureaux de change, tourist help desk, medical facilities.

Rotterdam Airport (RTM):www.rotterdam-airport.nl, 5.6km (3.5 miles) from the centre of Rotterdam.

To/from the airport: RandstadRail, the high-speed train, links the airport with The Hague, Leidschendam, Pijacker, Zoetermeer and Rotterdam Central Station. RET bus No. 50 connects to the Meijersplein metro station from where you can transfer to line E to the city centre.

Facilities: Upscale self-service restaurant, an attractive grand café/restaurant, a currency exchange bureau, a duty-free shop, a couple of other shops, good conference and business facilities, executive lounge and international car rental operators.

Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG):www.csl.cz is located 10km (6 miles) west of Prague.

To/from the airport: Buses and taxis are available. There is no rail station at the airport but the main railway station in Prague is easily reached by bus or taxi.

Facilities: Shops, bars, cafeterias and restaurants, bureau de change, ATMs, bank. Mobile phones can be rented from the Arrivals hall of Terminal North 1. Conference and meeting rooms can also be hired, and wireless Internet access is available in both terminals. Disabled facilities are good.

Salzburg International Airport (SZG):www.salzburg-airport.co The airport is located 3km (2 miles) from the centre of Salzburg. 

To/from the airport: Buses and taxis are available. 

Facilities: Bank, ATM, left-luggage, lost-and-found office, baby-changing rooms and a medical service centre.
