Helsinki Vantaa International Airport (HEL):www.helsinki-vantaa.fi is located about 17km (11 miles) from Helsinki city centre.

To/from the airport: Numerous buses run to and from the Helsinki city centre with regular departures. Bus travel takes about half an hour. Taxis are available at ranks outside the Arrivals hall of both domestic and international terminals.

Facilities: Banks, ATMs, restaurants, cafes, duty-free shops and three shopping areas with a variety of retail outlets. Travel agencies, pharmacy and luggage storage are also available.
