Lambert-St Louis International is owned and operated by the City of St. Louis. More than 15 million passengers passed through STL in 2007. Ten major airlines use Lambert. A recent expansion programme - the largest such project in St. Louis history - involved more than 550 companies and organisations.

Rail: St Louis light rail system, Metrolink, stops at both terminals. Road: Taxi: There are plenty of airport taxis. Limousine: Limousines are available. Bus: The airport has three bus services: Greyhound, Bi-State (local bus service) and Military bus transportation; services arrive and depart from a bus station located at the entrance to the intermediate parking lot. The airport authority owns and operates two terminal parking garages and five car parks that are serviced 24 hours a day by free shuttle buses. The two terminal garages offer short-term hourly parking rates, an intermediate car park connected by a tunnel to the main terminal offers daily parking rates and Lot D offers long-term parking. Money and communications: A bank, bureau de change facilities, ATMs and a post office are available.
Eating and drinking: Restaurants, snack bars, fast-food outlets, bars and cafés are located in the Main Terminal.
Shopping: There are various shops at the airport, but no duty-free.
Luggage: Lockers and left-luggage are no longer available. Lambert’s Police Department handles lost and found items in the terminals and car parks (tel: +1 314 426 8100).
Other facilities: These include an interfaith chapel, massage and shoe shine.

The airport has lifts and disabled toilets. Wheelchairs are available from airlines or can be requested from security personnel. All car parks are accessible to disabled travellers and every parking shuttle bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift.

Data ports telephones can be found throughout the airport. Some airlines provide executive lounges. There are no conference rooms available. St Louis Airport Marriott (tel: +1 314 423 9700), located opposite the airport, has a fully equipped business centre, PCs, printers and wireless internet access in the hotel lobby, as well as 20 meeting rooms and secretarial support.
