Airports in Norway

Bergen Airport (BGO):www.avinor.no is located 20km (12 miles) south-west of Bergen city centre. 

To/from the airport: The taxi stand is just outside the main exit. Average fares into the city are between £33 and £44. Public buses and the Flybussen airport express bus rounds out the transport options. 

Facilities: Bank, ATMs and a bureau de change. One hour of free Wi-Fi is available.

Oslo Airport (OSL):www.osl.no is situated 47km (29 miles) north of Oslo.

To/from the airport: The Airport Express Train can be caught at the airport’s train station. The Ruter bus runs between the airport and a number of stops nearby. The airport’s taxi rank is right outside the arrivals hall.

Facilities: Banks, bureau de change, ATMs, a post office, left luggage, duty-free, tourist information and hotel reservation kiosk. Business facilities are available including fax and Internet access. There is a selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Disabled facilities are good; those with special needs should contact their airline in advance.
