Road: Taxi: The Norwich International Taxi Association (tel: +44 (0)1603 424 044), provides a service to and from the airport through its fleet of dedicated taxis. The taxi rank is located adjacent to the main terminal building. Bus: First UK Bus (tel: +44 (0)1603 760 076; website: www.firstgroup.com) operate a service between Norwich city centre and the airport terminal. The X5 bus runs hourly, leaving from Castle Meadow in the city center at 40 minutes past the hour, between 7.40am and 6.40pm Mon-Sat. Journey time is approximately 20 minutes.

Both short- and long-stay car parking are available on-site from NCP (tel: +44 (0)870 606 7050; website: www.ncp.co.uk). A 600 space short-stay car park (tel: +44 (0)1603 626 083) is located adjacent to the terminal building, a very short walk away. A 550 space long-stay car park is located slightly further away, but still just a short walk from the terminal building. Pre-booked customers can park in the short-stay car park at long term rates. Drop off facilities in front of the terminal building are available to disabled Orange Badge Holders.

Eating and drinking: There are two bars, a restaurant and a café in the main concourse and the departure lounge of the airport.
Shopping: Shops include a duty-free shop, newsagents and travel agent.
Other facilities: These include a children’s play area in the centre of the departure lounge, baby changing facilities and nursing mothers’ rooms.

The airport is all on one level, so has no stairs or escalators to hinder wheelchair users. Disabled parking is situated directly opposite the front entrance of the airport. Disabled toilet facilities are located both in the main concourse and the departure lounge. Passengers with special needs can request to pre-board their aircraft and ground staff are available to assist them at any time.

The Hilton Norwich (tel: +44 (0)1603 201 164; website: www.hilton.co.uk/norwich), located just 300 metres from the airport, has rooms available that can be booked for meetings, conferences and conventions.
