Adelaide Airport (ADL):www.aal.com.au is 6km (4 miles) west of Adelaide city centre.

To / from the airport: Bus: The Skylink Airport Shuttle operates every 30 minutes from the terminal during flight operation hours and links the airport with the city centre. Adelaide Airport Flyer (tel: (08) 8284 4456 or 1300 856 444) offers door-to-door mini coach services to and from areas further afield. Taxi: There are taxi ranks at the airport (journey time to the city centre - 15 minutes) and all taxis are metered..

Facilities: ATMs, bureaux de change, left luggage, restaurants, bars, shops and car hire (Avis, Budget, Hertz and Thrifty).

Auckland Intl

Auckland International Airport (AKL):www.auckland-airport.co.nz is located 21km south of Auckland.

To / from the airport: Buses are available between the airport and city centre. Taxi stands are situated to the west of the International Terminal and in front of the Domestic Terminals. Shared-ride shuttle buses also serve the airport, departing from a shuttle stop outside the International Terminal.

Facilities: duty-free shopping, banks/bureaux de change, post office, restaurants and cafes, car hire and baggage facilities/left luggage. There is a wide selection of hotels near the airport.

Brisbane Intl

Brisbane Airport (BNE):www.bne.com.au is 13km (8 miles) northeast of the city.

To/from the airport: Coach services are available to the city, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and major hotels. Coaches meet all international flights. A rail link between the airport and the city was introduced in 2001. Taxis are also available.

Facilities: ATMs, currency exchange, conference rooms, cafes, bars and restaurants, a multi-denominational prayer room, a tourist info desk, several duty-free shops and car rental from Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, Red Spot and Thrifty.

Christchurch Intl

Christchurch (CHC):www.christchurch-airport.co.nz is 12km (7.5 miles) northwest of the city.

To/from the airport: Buses operate all day between the city centre and the airport. A door-to-door shuttle service operates.

Guam

Guam International Airport (GUM)www.guamairport.com. The airport is situated 6km (4 miles) northeast of Agana, the capital.

To / from the airport: Taxis are the only public transport available, but most hotels provide a free shuttle to/from the airport.

Facilities: bureau de change, ATMs, pay telephone systems and several public Internet kiosks.. Limited business services are available in the airlines business lounges. A food court offering American, Japanese and international dining is available, as well as cocktail lounges. Duty-free shopping is available in the central and west concourse areas. There is also a newsagent.

Kingsford Smith

Sydney Airport (Kingsford Smith) (SYD):www.sydneyairport.com is 9km (6 miles) south of the city.

To/from the airport: Airport Link connects the airport to Sydney Central Station (journey time – 13 minutes). Coaches meet all incoming international and domestic flights, departing every 20 to 30 minutes. There are many courtesy guest shuttles; enquire at hotel when booking is made. The international terminal is separate from the domestic terminal. Passengers may be set down at city airline terminals and some city hotels, motels and guest houses on request. There are also buses and taxis.

Facilities: Sydney Airport's international terminal (T1) is well equipped with restaurants, cafés, bars and a food hall, as well as information desks, lockers, a health care centre, money changing facilities, ATMs, prayer room, showers and two smoking lounges.

Melbourne – Tullamarine

Melbourne Airport (MEL):www.melbourne-airport.com.au is 25km (15 miles) northwest of the city.

To/from the airport: Skybus Coach (24 hours) or taxis are available to the city centre. There are also regional bus links from the airport.
