Airports in St Lucia

Hewanorra International Airport (UVF):www.slaspa.com is situated near Vieux-Fort, towards the southern tip of the island, about 64km (40 miles) from Castries.

To/from the airport: LIAT offers air shuttles in light aircraft to many destinations around the Caribbean. Helicopter services are available on request from St Lucia Helicopters. Taxis are available outside the terminal, running to Castries and the north of the island. The airport's proximity to the East Coast road means that public transport is readily accessible; public buses stop on the road just outside the airport complex.

Facilities: Bank with bureau de change, bars, shops, duty-free, first aid and medical services. There are no left-luggage facilities at the airport.
