EuroAirport Swiss

EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (BSL):www.euroairport.com is situated 8km (5 miles) northwest of Basel and 22km (14  miles) south of Mulhouse.

To/from the airport: There's no train station at EuroAirport, but you can catch a bus or taxi to the train stations in Freiberg, Basel or Mulhouse. Taxis are readily available and Basel's BVB Bus No. 50 links the Swiss section of the airport to the Bahnhof SBB, the main Swiss and French railway station in Basel.

Facilities: bank, ATMs and bureau de change, Wi-Fi access, restaurant, bars and snack bars, duty-free shops, hotel information desk and Swiss Railways ticket counter in the Swiss section of the airport.

Geneve-Cointrin

Geneva International Airport (GVA):www.gva.ch is located 4km (2.5 miles) north of the city.

To/from the airport: There is a train station with direct access to both the arrivals and departures areas, with a train to downtown Geneva every 12 minutes at peak times. Taxis are located outside the arrivals area.

Facilities:Duty-free shops, car rental, bank, bureau de change, lost luggage and restaurant/bar.

Zurich-Kloten

Zurich Airport (ZRH):www.zurich-airport.com is located 13km (8 miles) from the city.

To/from the airport: There are regular trains between the airport and Zurich’s main train station. The Glattalbahn tram (number ten) runs to Zurich railway station. The airport’s bus terminal is located in the main airport complex a floor above check-in. The taxi rank at the airport is in front of arrivals one and two. Average taxi fares to Zurich are £50.

Facilities: Duty-free shops, restaurants/bars, banks, bureau de change, nursery and car rentals.
