Stockholm Arlanda Airport has four terminals. In 2007, almost 18 million people travelled to or from the airport. Eighty airlines - of which 69 fly internationally - serve 166 domestic and foreign destinations. Passengers’ top ten destinations include: Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Helsinki, Lulea, Gothenburg, Malmo, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Umea.

Shuttle bus no.10 provides a free transfer service between terminals 2, 3, 4 (SAS flights) and Terminal 5. Shuttle bus no. 14 serves all the terminals, as well as the long-term car park and the SAS Arlandia Hotel.

Rail: The airport has three railway stations: one (under SkyCity) for long-distance destinations including Trondheim and Goteborg, and two (one under Terminal 5 and one with exits to Terminals 2, 3 and 4) for frequent express trains to Stockholm. The Arlanda Express trains reach the city centre in 20 minutes.
Road: Taxi: Taxis run from directly outside the terminals. When taking a taxi, passengers should speak to a taxi coordinator, found outside the terminal building. Bus: There are bus stations outside terminals 2, 4 and 5. Buses run to Stockholm City Terminal (journey time: 45 minutes) and to many other destinations. Bus no.583 connects with the commuter train at Marsta station.

Parking is available at multi-storey and outdoor car parks with direct access to the terminals, and also underneath SkyCity. For long-term parking, a car park further away from the terminals offers lower rates and is served by free shuttle buses.

Money and communications: The airport has two banks, several ATMs and bureaux de change. A courier service and a post office are available in SkyCity. There are Internet cafés in Terminal 5 and SkyCity.
Eating and drinking: The airport has many restaurants and bars throughout the terminals.
Shopping: There are plenty of shops, including duty-free. Most shops are located in Terminal 5 and SkyCity.
Luggage: There is a left-luggage facility in Terminal 5, level 1. Safety deposit boxes are available in all terminals and SkyCity.
Other facilities: There is a doctor’s surgery, a pharmacy, a chapel, a hairdresser’s, a dry cleaners, showers and a fitness centre. Facilities for children include baby change facilities, a nursing room and play areas.

Text telephones are available. Lifts and wheelchair-accessible toilets are located in all terminals. Disabled travellers can reserve special services in advance through their airline or when checking in; passengers should request any special assistance when booking a ticket. Disabled car parking spaces are available, except underneath SkyCity, at long-term parking rates.

Fax machines are located in terminals 2, 4 and 5, PC workstations in terminals 2 and 4, and internet connections can be found in terminals 4 and 5. Business facilities are also available at the airport and in airline VIP lounges around the terminals. The airport offers conference facilities at Prime Point in SkyCity (tel: +46 (0)8 797 6200), for up to 700 delegates plus offices and an exhibition hall for up to 1,000 visitors.
