The cut-off check-in time for travellers taking international flights is one hour.
Horizon Air baggage allowance
Hand baggage: one carry-on bag is allowed, measuring 25 x 43 x 61 cm and a one personal item (purse, briefcase or laptop computer). Items bigger than this will be stowed in the hold; the charge is $25 per piece.
Checked: “Regular Travelers” pay $20 to check-in the first, second or third pieces of luggage. Elite Level Mileage Plan members or Delta Air Lines Medallion Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver members or First Class passengers have a free checked-luggage allowance of two bags. Each bag should not exceed 22kg (50 lbs) in weight and 157cm (62in) in length.

Small musical instruments may be taken into the cabin. Items exceeding the free allowance will be charged $25 per piece and tagged for delivery to baggage claim. A fragile or bulky item may be carried as cabin-seat baggage.
Complimentary drinks are available on all flights. For flights between two-and-a-half and three hours long and on longer flights (including transcontinental and Hawaii and Mexico flights) there is a snacks menu, Northern Bites, from which you can buy food.
