The closing date for entries is Saturday, December 22 2012 at 5:30am BST (12:30am Saturday, December 22 EST; 9:30pm Friday, December 21 PST; 4:30pm Saturday, December 22 EDT; and 1:30pm Saturday, December 22 WDT. Entries received after this date and time will not be accepted.

The final draw for the grand prize will take place on Monday, December 24 2012 at 11:00am BST. The winner will be notified via Twitter and within one day of the draw, by email. The prize winner is required to accept his/her prize by email within ten days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, a supplementary winner may be drawn at the promoter's discretion.
The prize winner may be required to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion. The winner's name and photo will be made available upon request and winners may be displayed on the Cheapflights Twitter feed and websites.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
