September 2008: The XL Leisure Group has entered administration and all flights have been cancelled. Passengers whose holiday was booked as part of a package through an ATOL tour operator will be protected and should visit the CAA website for full details: www.atol.org.uk

Travellers who booked directly with the carrier will not automatically be protected. Affected individuals should contact their travel insurance provider or credit card issuer to obtain a refund.
