The winning images from the international Travel Photographer of the Year awards (the featured image, above, is Bumbesti Jiu, Gorj county, Romania by Felicia Simion/www.tpoty.com – Runner-up, Young TPOTY 15-18) are on show in a magnificent, free exhibition at London’s Royal Geographical Society (with IBG).
The exhibition runs until August 18 – open 10am-5pm Sunday to Thursday and 10am-7pm Friday and Saturday. There will be late openings to 9pm on Tuesday 13th, Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th August.
During the exhibition, TPOTY will also be staging the annual festival of photography – Travel Photography Live! at the Royal Geographical Society.
