Book by midnight on Thursday, March 29: bmibaby, the regional airline that recently marked its fifth birthday, has discounted the price of its flights (before taxes) by up to 30 per cent. Fly from four airports around the UK – Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester and East Midlands – to 24 destinations. A sample of the routes on offer is as follows:

Birmingham to Alicante, Amsterdam, Bordeaux, Cork, Faro, Malaga and Marseille Provence.

Cardiff to Geneva, Jersey, Murcia, Palma and Prague.

East Midlands to Alicante, Amsterdam, Geneva, Palma, Paris and Prague.

Manchester to Newquay, Cork, Knock, Malaga and Perpignan.

Several of the routes on offer are seasonal and commence by March 27.

To get the discount, enter the route and dates on which you would like to fly. The booking page will show the web price with the discount and also the telephone price. Helpfully, bmibaby shows how many seats are available at the lowest price.

Fares are subject to availability, and are limited during school holidays. Be flexible with travel dates to secure the best deal. Visit the website for a full list of routes and conditions.
