The price of stamps may has gone up, but that hasn’t stopped the Royal Mail from unveiling a unique new stamp collection showcasing some of the UK’s top landmarks.

The Royal Mail stamp collection UK A – Z Part 2 was released today, featuring many a well-known landmark, including Urquhart Castle on the banks of Loch Ness, York Minster, the white cliffs of Dover and Narrow Water Castle in County Down, among others.

UK destinations that have received the Royal Mail stamp of approval:

Narrow Water Castle

Narrow Water Castle, County Down, Northern Ireland. The castle, which is just outside Warrenpoint, is a beautiful scenic location. Book flights to Belfast.

 Urquart Castle

A similarly beautiful spot is Urquart Castle, on the banks of Loch Ness. It is a iconic building and a well-known medieval fortress in its day. Today, it is perhaps more famous for being the spot where numerous people have claimed to have seen Nessie. You can visit Urquart Castle from Inverness, or even Edinburgh.

 York Minster

York Minster is famous the world over. Set within the old walled city of York, York Minster was an important religious site for centuries. Today it is a major tourist attraction and worthy of a place on the nation’s stamps.
