After a break for Christmas, pop girl-group The Saturdays are getting back to work with a business trip to Los Angeles.

Minus pregnant band-mate Una Healy, the Saturday girls have made their way to the States for meetings, business lunches, and a spot of shopping of course!

If only all business trips were as glamorous as this. Band member Frankie tweeted a photo of the girls enjoying the sun, with the caption: “Now that’s what I call a business meeting!”

The girls are clearly enjoying getting back to work, and were papped doing a bit of retail therapy today, but what do you need to remember if you’re going on a trip with your mates?

No arguments before you get there

Arguing about who gets the window seat on the plane is not going to get your trip off to a great start. So hold off on any bickering, at least until you reach your resort. Then you’re free to shout at each other to your heart’s content.

Take it easy

A holiday is supposed to be a time for relaxation, and forgetting about the stresses of life. But a holiday with a big group of friends can turn into a bit of nightmare. So rather than worrying about what everyone else is doing or feeling, just focus on making sure you are having a good time.

Don’t over-organise

Organising an excursion while on holiday is fine when there are four or five of you, but any more than ten and it starts to get a little tricky. The best way to tackle this organisational challenge is to let everyone do their own thing. Trust us, you’ll have a better time.
