Passengers travelling to Heathrow Airport on the Heathrow Express and Heathrow Connect train services in the coming months are being warned that weekend engineering works are likely to impact on journey times.

On Saturday, November 18 and Saturday, November 25, there will be no Heathrow Express service to Terminal 4 until 8.15pm. Instead, trains will go to Terminals 1, 2 and 3, from where a shuttle bus will take passengers to Terminal 4 every 15 minutes. This is because of work taking place on the Terminal 5 rail link.

On further weekends in December and into the new year, Heathrow Express services will be disrupted, with trains running less frequently at certain times. On Saturday, December 2, trains will run half hourly from 6.40pm onwards, rather than every 15 minutes. On December 30 and 31, there will be half hourly service from 4.40am.

Passengers should check the Heathrow Express website for the latest information regarding service disruption.

On the Heathrow Connect, engineering works will take place on Saturday, November 18 and Saturday, November 25, meaning that passengers heading to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 will have to take a 140 bus from Hayes and Harlington to the airport.
