Seat sales are widely advertised, but the best way to find out when easyJet releases new season seats is to sign up to the newsletter. This may also include deals on hotels and car hire. In general, fares increase as the departure date gets nearer, so to get the best deals make sure you book as early as possible. The cheapest fares are during less busy periods, e.g. mid-week and very early morning or late evening flights.
