Relative to air travel these days (which is challenging to say the least), ITA did a good job in all phases. Our Flight from LAX to FCO was on-time. Returns flight to SFO was delayed by 1 hour, but we received an email 12 hours prior, so we could plan accordingly. The cabin crew was very nice and the first meal was quite good. The heated item in the second meal was a sorry sight, but the other food was decent. Economy is seriously cramped, but again, that’s the reality these days. We opted for “comfort economy” on the way home, and were glad we did.
