Our flight kept getting delayed due to the weather and mechanical issues. Then it was canceled and rescheduled until the following day which was also delayed by a couple hours and the returning flight was also delayed so overall, we wasted a lot of time on the airport. Also, when it happened the first day, they did not want to honor a hotel or rideshare service voucher because it was hard to find an uber at 3-4 in the morning and customer service was closed that late in the day.
