Communication was horrible as we sat on the plane for 3-4 hours due to weather delays. when we returned to the gate and deplaned, we were all told to go to customer service to rebook only to find out that our flight had not really been canceled. we rushed back to the gate to board again and sat on the plane for another hour with only one communication from the pilot.
