Checkin was horrible with Lufthansa and United sending us both ways and us almost missing flight. Lufthansa split family into different et flights and itineraries and the chain of events was absolutely horrendous. Because of this, also our family was bumped into an American Airlines flight and then three of our 5 luggage’s got lost and we haven’t heard updates on their whereabouts yet. Worst 48 hour travel chain of events we’ve ever experienced.
