LIM - GRU

The Wi-Fi was not working, so there was no in-flight entertainment. The biggest disappointment was that my Delta diamond status did not transfer any status to my LATAM flight. I WOULD’VE THOUGHT THAT THERE WOULD BE A BETTER WORKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AIRLINES.
