Two issues... 1. The Aer Lingus check-in counter in Lisbon did not open until 90 minutes prior to the flight. Huge line of customers waiting to check-in and very time consuming. Plus, having to clear security, passport control, and take the shuttle bus to the plane takes a long time. Consequently, the flight was delayed due to passengers not being able to get to the gate on time. I showed up four hours early but had to wait for over two hours just for the check-in counter to open. Many passengers complaining about the same issue. VERY STRESSFUL! 2. During the flight from Dublin to Washington (Flight EI 119 on October 25, 2025) one of the flight attendants (Glen) was quite rude to a parent of a non-verbal autistic child. At one point I heard him say in a nasty tone, "You have three seconds to put your bag under the seat or I will take it and check it. 3, 2, 1!" I did not speak to the flight attendant because I was afraid he would kick me off the flight. Very unpleasant to everyone before take off also while instructing them to put the seats up and bags under. Beyond being firm and actually nasty and rude. A little interpersonal communication training could help this man.
