Fiji describes itself as the “smorgasbord of world diving”. When you get beneath the deep blue Pacific waters surrounding its 333 islands and atolls, you can see the Pacific Islands are richly deserving of their self-proclaimed title.
Just off the shore, a brilliant network of rainbow-coloured reefs are home to countless corals, more than 1,000 species of fish, and an abundance of anemones, molluscs, and crustaceans.
Scuba diving here also offers the chance to get up close to several of the larger species that make their homes in the deeper waters beyond, including spinner dolphins, grey reef sharks, hammerhead sharks, mantas and turtles.
