Huge demand for cheap flights has led no-frills airline Monarch to announce several new routes from London to Spain.
Monarch posted year-on-year passenger traffic growth of 16 per cent in April, and the new services to Palma de Mallorca, Almeria and Murcia are further evidence of the airline’s success.
The Luton to Palma route took flight on May 1, with eight flights per week.
The Luton to Almeria and Gatwick to Murcia flights launch today (May 3). The service to Almeria will operate four times per week, while the Murcia connection will operate daily.
