Irish airline Aer Arann has announced today (Monday, September 3) that it is to offer discounts on group bookings.

The carrier’s incentive is available to groups of between ten and 66 people. The names of each person in the party do not have to be confirmed until four weeks before travel and changes can be made up to one day before departure.

Due to the small aircraft that Aer Arann operates its routes with, it is entirely possible for a group to fill a plane on a scheduled flight.

Passengers are reminded that there is a free baggage allowance of 20 kilograms per person in the hold and seven kilograms carry on.

The group discount itself is negotiable depending on the number of passengers. More information is available by contacting groupbookings@aerarann.com.

“We are delighted to be able to offer this group incentive and hope it encourages larger parties to visit and discover all that Ireland has to offer,” said Colin Lewis, head of sales and marketing at Aer Arann. “We are particularly excited to be able to offer great rates for groups wishing to take over an Aer Arann plane on a scheduled flight.”
