Governments around the world have advised against all non-essential travel, and airlines are cancelling many flights through the end of May. If the airline has already cancelled your flight or drastically changed your schedule, you may be entitled to a refund or travel voucher. If your flight is operating, you may still be allowed to change your ticket at no cost.

We recommend using each airline’s online self-service tools, as call centres are experiencing extremely high volumes. Alternatively, consider waiting until 72 hours before your departure to contact the airline or booking site, as many are prioritising calls based on departure dates.

Forgot who you booked with? Check your email confirmation or credit card statement for the name of the company that serviced your reservation.
