Airline Overview
The airline provides charter and scheduled flights from Aberdeen, Luton, Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham to popular holiday destinations such as Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar, the Canary Islands, the Balearics, Florida and Italy.
Check-in desks close 40 minutes before departure for short-haul flights and 60 minutes before departure for long-haul flights, though the airline advises arriving at the desk at least 90 minutes before departure for all flights.

Hand luggage: one item, not exceeding dimensions of 56 x 45 x 25cm or weighing more than 10kg.
Checked: maximum weight for bags is 20kg.
Excess: is charged at £5 per kg for short-haul flights and £7 per kg for long-haul flights. No bag is permitted that weighs more than 32kg.

Subject to availability and with a fee for each pet carried. A maximum of six animals will be permitted on each flight. No animals are permitted in the passenger cabin.

No in-flight service on scheduled flights, though meals are available to buy, at around £5. In-flight meals are provided on charter services. Children's meals, diabetic meals, fat-free, gluten-free, low salt, low cholesterol, vegan and vegetarian meals can all be ordered by filling out the request form online at least two days before departure. Kosher and Muslim meals can be provided for an extra charge, by calling customer services at least four days before the flight departure date.
