THE ENTIRE CHECKIN PROCESS WAS FIRST CLASS, HOWEVER, THERE WAS NO FOOD OR ENTERTAINMENT ON THE FLIGHT, SO I'M UNABLE TO RESPOND.

It would have been nice to know that you ( sun wing ) do not include the departure tax as i lost my place in line for checking my bag as i had to go and pay my departure tax after standind in line to check my bag and get my ticket , West Jet includes it and lining up for two lines is not needed Thanks Al
