Slow to board so people were standing outside waiting to board like drowned rats. Not really keen on the transfer buses - would much rather have an air bridge. The staff were really friendly and the plane was clean. Miss having a pocket to keep stuff in though - bit miserable on a longish flight having to keep taking things out of your cabin bag.
