The staff were amazing, The seats were mostly comfortable, a little hard to configure, but good. Great communication from the pilot and a smooth flight. A bit delayed but that can happen. All in all a great experience from the airport in Rome to the airport in Chicago. Also got a great fare on cheaptickets. Will gladly use them again.
