Took too long to serve the refreshments. We sat in transit on the aircraft. It’s hot. They won’t even serve water. That’s not good customer. It’s because we were not in business class? 75% of your customers are in economy. Are we not good enough.

The seats are not comfortable. The flight attendant are not very professional. Moving around with the carts bumping against you, will not even say I’m sorry. Walking around bumping against you. The seating area needs to be adjusted to allow them to move around more freely.
