I loved the service and the staff. What would have been better if the plane was attached to the terminal instead to take the bus to reach it. The captain was wonderful, he kept us up to date. Thanks to everyone. I am looking forward to travel with ITA in the future. Giuseppina Chiappinelli

Check in staff were very nice! No wait to check in. However, the flight was delayed and the cabin crew spoke English with heavy accents that were hard to understand. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty and smelled VERY bad! There was garbage and pee on the floor and nobody cleaned it up. Also, on the flight from Rome to Bari, the female flight attendant spoke so fast in English and Italian that it was impossible to understand anything that she said. Real mil would be preferable to powdered mil in the tea/coffee. Besides this, the plane was comfortable.

The flight was generally good but the plane was 3.5 hours late departing. On the good side, I had plenty of notice as they alerted us that the aircraft would be late arriving.
