The Delta flight was excellent. The only downside was that there was no wireless, but since the flight was so short, it wasn’t a big deal.

Seats in very bad condition. My seat bottom cover was torn and I saw many other torn seat covers throughout the plane. The lumbar support is not good, which makes sitting many hours in the seat very uncomfortable. I also experienced one very unprofessional stewardess who made it seem a chore for her to give me a meal when I slept through the first meal. After she handed me the food tray, I waited for her to hand me eating utensils, but she did not. Fortunately, another flight attendant eventually asked me if I indeed anything else and I told her I needed utensils and she handed them to me. That one unprofessional flight attendant gave ITA a very bad look. If she does not want to be professional with flyers, she should consider getting a different job. Fortunately, her unprofessionalism was outweighed by the other professional and polite flight attendants.
