Slow to board so people were standing outside waiting to board like drowned rats. Not really keen on the transfer buses - would much rather have an air bridge. The staff were really friendly and the plane was clean. Miss having a pocket to keep stuff in though - bit miserable on a longish flight having to keep taking things out of your cabin bag.

There was a very noisy group (at least 20 dotted about the plane) who constantly felt it was ok to shout across rows of seats to each other. A lot of people were sleeping and the crew didn’t ask that the shouting stopped or the kids runnng up down the aisle also stopped. It was frustrating and shouldn’t be left to passengers to ask fellow passengers to try to keep the noise down

I always fly with Jet 2...I have never had a bad flight with them. From arriving at the airport, to the checking in has been trouble free. My last flight I booked my seat, I dont normally if im travelling on my own, the plane was full so im pleased I did. The flight was smooth on take off and landing.
