The explanation given by the cabin crew – that the delay was due to the absence of a second pilot – is absolutely unacceptable. Crew and pilot availability is entirely the airline’s responsibility, and passengers should not pay the price for such internal mismanagement. 4. The behavior of the ground staff was shocking. One of the female staff members responsible for boarding was chewing gum continuously, speaking rudely, and treating passengers with visible disrespect.
