We had supposedly business class seats as part of a flight from Chicago to London through Stockholm. The plane was all one class— poor. Squeezed into a 3X3 seat configuration with no extra leg room, this was a standard coach class seat. There was no entertainment and the food offering was a box lunch I did not care to eat. So it should in no way have been called a business class seat.
